About Web Inception

For over a decade, Web Inception has been working with businesses and organizations to bring their message onto the web and directly in front of thier customers. Our philosophy is simple- remove all the obstacles that are in the way of your customers getting your message.

Sure, the web is full of websites that show off flashy video and animation, and we can do that stuff. But we have found that a vast majority of sites are far better off with a clean simple website that provides the right information in a manner that is easy to navigate and read. Make it attractive and organize it so that the user can quickly find and focus on what they want. It's an easy path to improve your website's ability to work for you.

A Little History

Web Inception started out creating websites only for small businesses. But over the years, we began to realize that many times a company with sales in the millions of dollars has the exact same problems that a small business has when trying to communicate through a website. So we branched out, and have since helped companies, both very small and very large, achieve their goals on the internet.

Our Philosophy

We pride ourselves on our ability to communicate. Writer George Bernard Shaw once said that "the single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place." At Web Inception, we take this statement to heart- it accurately demonstrates how easy it is to lose focus of what is important when building a website. Every aspect of planning, design and execution should work toward getting your message to your visitors.

Technology

If it matters to you, we program in langages like XHTML, CSS, PHP, Ruby and ASP. We love working with ExpressionEngine and CodeIgniter. We build web applications on top of databases such as MySQL and SQL Server, and we use Adobe Creative Suite, Textmate and Transmit to turn 1's and 0's into your hardest working resource. And we are big fans of standards compliant code that is built to look just as consistent on a PC or a Mac, and on any browser the user chooses.
